I had purchased a vehicle on 04/30/2024, I took the vehicle for a test drive and everything seemed fit. On 05/01/2024 I started to experience oil pressure issues with the motor. I had taken it back to his mechanic numerous times and 6 month later I am still unable to drive this vehicle due to the engine problems its having. Their mechanic had lied numerous times stating theyve never worked on the motor. After having my own mechanic look inside the motor, the entire motor is caked in oil sludge and residue to negligence of the previous owner never getting oil changes. A new oil pump was installed when I took it into **** at Jones Motors, so I know his techs saw the condition of the engine and never spoke up about it to me. The warranty the vehicle is under is being denied claim because the dealer knew of the condition of the motor so I cannot have the motor replaced under warranty. I have been trying to get ahold of **** who is the owner of jones motors and for the last 3 weeks I have been getting ignored about resolving their issue and selling me a junk vehicle. Therefor I am stuck with a undriveable vehicle, my 7,000$ down payment has been taken, I have spent over a thousand dollar is maintenance fees to have the vehicle looked at and on top of still paying for my auto loan per month. I JUST WANT MY MOTOR REPLACED. I have attached my contract with him, which has been BREACHED because he never listed any faults in our contract. As well as pictures of the motor and text messages between **** jones on 05/01/2024 and I stating the issues I am still having.

I bought a 2022 ram **** limited from jones motors on 10/12/23 for $98,545.42 tax, license and warranty included with the stipulation that **** jones would get the other key fob and backup alarm code to turn off the annoying backup alarm from the previous owner. I have called **** about this issue numerous times and left messages with the secretary. She said she would relay the message and have **** call me. I have not received one return call. So obviously **** is trying to avoid me. I bought this truck in good faith trusting **** would take care of the issues at hand. But it seems now that he has my money he doesn't care to follow through on his promise. I had a friend of mine come with me to the dealership. He can affirm what transpired in the transaction and confirm what **** had said. Is **** telling the truth about the previous owner promising to provide the code and the other key fob? Now I'm questioning that. If **** jones can't get the code to disable the backup alarm or the key fob I would like **** to pay for the cost of getting this done at a dodge ram dealer. Approximate cost around $600 plus tax. I don't appreciate a dealer trying to deceive or take advantage of me. This is definitely not the way to do business.

My name is *************************. Purchased vehicle ******* Outback) from **** Jones ofJones Motors, on 11.11.22 - we were in the middle of a bankruptcy at the time. We paid $300 down on vehicle. We had the vehicle less than 24 hours. We drove vehicle off lot at 4 PM and returned it the next morning at 8 AM. We phoned lender to inform of vehicle return. ****** stated they would not fund vehicle. At time of returning car, owner was not present and shop was closed. We left keys in car and left letter explaining that we could not keep the car based on price/interest of loan and our attorney did not recommend purchase to begin with due to another obligation. For weeks, we attemped to contact owner by text and I physically went into the dealership to see him and I was advised that he was not available. I never received a response to letter or messages left by telephone or messages that my spouse, ********************* also sent. The vehicle has since sold since that date but the dealership never responded to our request to be refunded the $300 that was paid to him. The dealership/owner kept those funds and if there is a reason as to why, it was not shared. I would like the $300 refunded that I paid him for the down payment that was actually never applied to the contract. I believe he just kept it as a tip for service he provided.
