    This place sold me a piece of s*** car(2014 Volks Passat). I have not had this car for a year and my car is over heating and I have spent over $1700 trying to figure out the issue! I have not only taken it to ********** but also the technician that they use for warranty and they want me to spend $2000 before they can even know if that will fix the issue or not ! NO ONE IS ABLE TO FIGURE OUT WHY THIS CAR IS OVERHEATING. I am a single mother and do everything on my own and the fact that no one is wanting to help me but just ask for money and not cover under warranty is beyond me! I will be seeking legal help for this issue and it doesnt make it any better that this business was closed TWO WEEKS after getting my car!

    www.usaautoaz.com/This dealership in ****,******* address ************************************ sales. I financed a 2018 **** fusion back on June 30,2023 When I went to the dealership I was told to have a thousand to put down instead of the original $500! Then was told by salesman *********************** he had to redo it on 8-21-2023 an my money paid up til that point would all be used as my down payment for the car. The advertisement from the dealership when I first met with USA auto stated they could get you in the car if you were a ride share driver for 500 down. After reviewing my bank statements *********************** told me I made enough money to finance it the regular way so I provided only my bank statements that showed income from my regular job at WORKFORCE AS A SERVICE payments on my bank statements an money from my self employed photography business. Now that theyre closed down the financial company ark auto **** Wont honor the contract as a regular car sale because ***** who never was given any proof of employment nor paystubs/statements from Uber put down my job at WorkWhile (workforce) as a side job an Uber in the place of the main job. My theory; It would seem he defrauded my application just to push it through so he could get what ever commission he gained from the deal. When I ask ***** why the car was having so many problems he said he didnt know but the mechanic **** (last name unknown) said the dealership stop sending the mechanics to inspect the cars before buying them for the last 5 years their motto was they would only pay the mechanics after a problem would arise for us customers. I had a brake problem three days into driving the car off the lot then a week later I had a major oil leak an had to buy oil from the Friday it was noticed by me oil was ever where i stopped an pulled off, two weeks after that issue the car transmission went out while at work an I had to once again return the car for a week, month later service engine light pop on, still on today

    I bought a car from USAAUTO September 2021. 2018 ***** HRV. ********. I put down *******. I was told 21%interest. When I got insurance on it I was told by insurance ** that it was a salvage title. When I contacted owner of car co. They said it wasn'***************** title, that it was probably a scratched finder. That was the 1 st lie. As I've had many repairs done. After making ******** in payments, they say I still owe ***** on the loan. So I've paid ***** so far interest with almost **** still interest before I start paying the ******** that comes up to *****% interest. My manager at ***** ***** said that's against the law. So I'm totally screwed now. USAAUTO closed up in December and ***********. Won't change this on my credit report saying I missed a years worth of payments even though I have all bank statements to show I've paid the payments. There is something wrong with ARK Financial they did have same address as car co. But now they changed there address. ****** says car is only worth *************************************** April of 2021. I got car in Sept 2021. Which I have email to owner saying it's a salvage title and he said it wasn't. I'm a 68 year old that survived stage 4 cancer. But it left me unable to work. My payments are half my social security check, and with my rent and utilities I either pay car payment and rent or I'm homeless. No money for food, or anything else. How can I live with this? I never signed a contract with ARK Financial so they can just keep adding more to the balance of the car? I have 25 bank statements to prove this. And emails but to much to send in this message. I could drop off copy's of everything just give me address were to send. Please help me I'm stressed and confused as what to do.

    I bought a 2016 **** focus hatchback se back in January because I was in desperate need of a car because I needed it for work as I'm a delivery driver for ********************* and the car I had was not drivable anymore and i would of been fired if I wasn't able to drive so I found usa auto online and reached out to them... ***** was the one I worked with and I told him my situation and he was able to help me out but now it hasn't even been a year yet and my car is no longer reliable as I need a reliable car for work I've talk to ***** about it and he said if I was to get an estimate then maybe my finace place will just add it to my loan balance and that I would have to pay some of it as a down payment but yet I talked to the finace place and they tell me to talk to the car lot so I called the car lot and told them the problem and that I'm over the ****** mile warranty and that I don't have the money to fix my car that I still owe $12,000 for and was asked how I went over my ****** mile in 10 months I told her well I'm a delivery driver for ********************* and she then goes to say we'll why didn't you tell us that when you first applied for the car and that I would of had unlimited mile... which I did tell them I was a delivery driver I had to send them my paystub which would state that I was a delivery driver and she pratcally called me a liar.... I remember ***** saying something about the banks wanting to higher the loan amount just in case I rack up the milage and then stop paying he never said nothing about unlimited milage and now I'm in the same situation as I was back in January I feel that it would be the right thing to just fix my car or replace it and not be called a liar because they have my paystub I can see if I would of had it a full year and them not wanting to fix it but I haven't had it a year and I still owe alot on It I still pay the payments which is really not fair since the **** car doesn't work just please make this right I'm bout to lose my Job and be homeless

    I financed a car 8/25/2023, with $1000.00 down payment (****** in 2 payments). I made my car payments 9/26/2023 $224.79, 10/10/2023 $224.79, 10/24/2023 $224.79 and 11/07/2023 $224.79. This morning I woke up and my car was gone. It was repossessed by the company saying the loan was not approved. The day I left the lot I was advised by Serenity that the loan was approved. I have not received my money back IN FULL and they are trying to make me pay for the towing storage fees of a vehicle that is "NOT MINE" as they claim I am now NOT APPROVED for the loan. Nobody contacted me regarding this. It has been 2 months, how is it just now not approved? This is not okay and seems to be some type of scam by this company.

    On 11/3/2023 I purchased a vehicle from this company. The vehicle wouldnt start out of the lot and I was told they would have it fixed by the following Monday. The vehicle was not ready that Monday I ended up picking the vehicle up on Wednesday. The vehicle started and drove for a while until I got to a parking lot and tried to start the vehicle once more. Now the vehicle will not start.

    USA Auto took nearly 2 months in a half to get my car fixed ( new engine ) throughout the time my car was towed to USA Auto in **** **, transportation was very hard. My car broke the in the beginning of February 2023, I lost my job near the end of January 2023 but my girlfriend was still employed, we worked at the same place. In order to have a car from USA Auto, you need to be working so there was still a way to continue payments such as insurance and the car. In the middle of February the car arrived at USA Auto and almost two weeks later my girlfriend looses her job, transportation was difficult, very cold waiting for bus transportation. Until the end of ***** was car fixed, it needed a new engine. My car arrived at their place with car payments up to date and full coverage insurance. During the time the cars been there, I was still being charged to pay the car rent but I obviously didn't have the car, it was under repair. So I wasnt going to pay the car and they still charged me every 2 weeks as well as late fees but I did keep the full coverage insurance paid , it expired on May 3 of 2023. It's been a challenge getting a job *** small town, I live far from buckeye, I used my savings for my DACA work permit to get the running before it got towed to *** because if I had it fixed, I could have made my money back for my DACA work permit easily. Getting in contact with the manager **** has been very tough. I been told he is great and responds but two different phone calls , from 2 different phone numbers , messages , and emails, I was highly upset, I never had this experience. **** gave me until May 26 2023 but I don't want to loose my car and owe a car I don't have.. I had a baby on the way, I have my work permit to still renew, I'm not goofing off, my girlfriend has a citizenship and it's been even hard for her to find a job in *********, we live in a small town and having a job here is like gold and hard to get. **** needs to give me time to get f***nced again.
