1 starI would not recommend anyone purchase the ascent vehicle service contract. It done me absolutely no good spent close to $5000 for no help. Was out $1800 out of pocket for new fuel injectors something that should have been covered. I even contacted ascent myself asking why I was told they only cover internal engine parts not the whole engine. But guess what my fuel injectors are internal you have to remove parts of the engine to access them.

Thank you for the opportunity to respond to Mr. ******* concerns. Mr. ******* purchased a Silver-level *************** Contract (VSC) through Ascent Administration Services on April 12, 2025 for his 2017 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 LTZ, with coverage effective immediately. The Silver-level contract provides listed component coverage onlymeaning only specific components listed in the contract are eligible for coverage. On June 12, 2025, Mr. ******* submitted a claim for replacement of fuel injectors. After review, the claim was denied because fuel injectors are not listed as covered components under the Silver coverage level. This decision is consistent with the terms of his contract, which were provided at the time of sale and are available for review at any time. While we understand Mr. ******* frustration, fuel injectorsdespite requiring removal of other parts to accessare not considered internal lubricated components of the engine. The contract clearly distinguishes between internal engine components and external fuel delivery system components. We strive to be transparent with all contract holders about what is and is not covered, and our team also explained this to Mr. ******* directly when he contacted us. We regret that Mr. ******* is dissatisfied with the outcome of his claim, but we remain committed to honoring all contractual obligations as outlined in the ***.
