    4/2/24 808 pm submitted the following on Ally Waste's website. There has been no reply or no attempt to rectify their loud, intrusive noise.Hello, Hope you are well. You guys are really loud when you grab the trash at my apartment community The Place at ********* in ******, **. It wakes me up and I am stuck listening to you for over an hour dragging trash cans across concrete or whatever it is you are doing. I am woken up all the time, every time you are here and need you to find a solution, please. Please, put something soft on the wheels or something so we can't hear you. When I first moved in, over a year ago, I couldn't hear you. However, for quite a long time now, it's nonstop disruption to my sleep. Not sure what you changed in your process, but it's awful. Please get this sorted out asap. Thank you, kindly,****

    Thank you for your reply, *******. I can't accept the response until action is taken to resolve this issue. When will quieter wheels be installed? Having sleep interrupted all week long isn't acceptable for obvious reasons. Also, going forward, it would be better if you responded to your customers' messages outside of BBB, so we don't have to reach out to the BBB.

    Please provide an ETA for following through on the quieter wheels and training.

    Ally waste has now replaced the cart at the community with a brand new one and well make sure it gets checked and maintained monthly and does follow the city required quiet times as well as community quiet time.

    Thank you for the update. Does the new cart have the quitter rubber wheels you mentioned?

    I will see how this week goes. I have not been home recently to ascertain if there's been a difference. 

    I appreciate you getting a new cart. I marked reject because I still need further responses.
