    I was referred to Connected Restoration in early June regarding a water leak, drywall, cabinets and flooring repair. I was given an estimated **** weeks time table for work completion. It is now December 20, ( over 6 months later) and the work still isn't complete. This company WILL NOT communicate and has completely failed to live up to their timetable on completed work. Every step of this project required me to make multiple calls and pushing their contractor to get workers in for repairs. All the time, I have a tenant that has been forced to live with an uncompleted kitchen. I was given a final bill BEFORE work has been completed. In addition, the final bill is about $2,000 dollars above what was stated. I'm sure there are unexpected delays regarding any project, but this experience with Connected Restoration has been completely unprofessional. I have never worked with a contractor that cares so little about BASIC customer service. Do business with this company at your own peril. I wish I would have done some more research before I did.
