      I signed on for a 6 months weight loss injection that wasnt working for my daughter so I tried to cancel the first 30 days then I cancelled after 2 months of trying it I found out there not giving the rt med compound meds are not real so I wanted the remaining balance which she refused to give me

      I purchased a Groupon on Nov 2, 2023 for $51.00. The business is no longer in business, all the associated phone numbers on Groupon as well as their website are invalid and Groupon refuses to refund the money. Yet, the Groupon for this organization is still on their website.

      placed order 02/16 received confirmation and paid for expedited processing - attempted contact nothing re-attempted after 10 days via ***************************************************** on 02/28 finally after sending a chat they magically needed to vet my account.. why take my money first then do patient forms is beyond me.. i sent forms back minutes later then days later with no communication yet again it checked and changed to shipped on 03/02 03/06 nothing.. on 04/03 i reached out as i was needing my second month followed up again 04/05 04/06 04/10 just simply wanting a refund went back to chat again as its absurd no one EVER replies to their consumer.. 04/06 was chatting and ******** tried to tell me she was looking into it.. . i showed her all my attempts so how is this on me.. she ended the chat without notice..started chat again 04/06 she stated that I was at fault for not communicating... after i tried to show her all my attempts .. she again ended the chat without notice she later texted me that she wanted to resolve and then friggen crickets again its absurd - they dont answer texts chats emails calls nothing but they sure take your money in a split second i am seeking a full refund ****** in my account asap

      On 11-5-2022 I placed an order for a weight loss drug. On 11-6-2022, I requested to cancel the order due to the negative side effects. I received notice that my order would be cancelled and refunded the $714.00. Since that time I have had numerous conversations with the clinic in ******* and most recently the clinic in ***********, **. Ive been told they use a 3rd party for refunds and they were unable to process it so I was told that MedShape would cut me a check and it would be mailed from the clinic in ***********, I keep calling and feel I am getting the run around. They can debit my account within 24hrs when I place an order but cannot give me a refund in the same amount of time? I want my money; its been 10 weeks since my order was cancelled.

      Dec 22, 2022: I put $500 worth of potential products in my MedShape shopping basket. While I was waiting to schedule an appointment for a doctor to do my treatment intake, I realized that MedShape had already billed my credit card for this amount. In addition, I received one email confirming the order and another one confirming my $500 payment. I still need to consult with their doctor! The products were semaglutide and AOD ****. Order #****.Jan 18, 2023: : I still havent received any call-backs, emails, or deliveries from MedShape. Since Dec 22, I have made multiple calls, left multiple voicemails with my contact information, and sent multiple emails. Phone numbers and email addresses are from the website and are the same ones through which MedShape has contacted me. My messages inquired about scheduling my doctor's visit and the $500 taken from my credit card. Of course I haven't received the products since I never had a doctor's ******** Did they steal my $500? At this point all I want is to be reimbursed. (Extra weird detail: On some of the calls, there is an option to select, Im over 55 years old, which brought me to a med alert bracelet ad. It is a recording that breathlessly continues on and on. )Can you please help me get my $500 returned? Thank you for reading and I hope to hear from you soon!*****
