    Since moving to the valley in 2008, we have owned five RVs that were serviced at cliffs, by ************* We have spent tens of thousands of dollars at Cliffs. Yesterday we were instructed to take my husbands truck there, to start the process of attaching a towing device to my husbands truck, so that it could be pulled behind the Thor 38 SX model. We were told to bring our truck to cliffs by 7:30 AM. Three hours later we were notified that the manager said they didnt have time to do our truck. We need to get back to ********** because of medical issues and now at the last minute we are scrambling to try to find another place. They can complete the work. This is ridiculous . I own a business, and I would never treat customers like this. Especially customers that have spent that much money at my business. We will never returned to them again.
