    In April 2022 my former contractors received a proposal for new Weathershield ****************************** On May 3rd I wrote a check to ************, only to be told I needed to rewrite the check to Fenestra on Jun 14 for $14,800 with an arrival date of early Sept. In late Sept, we had to let the contractors go due to lack of performance. They did provide us the names of all of the outstanding projects & vendors. ***************, my fianc, reached out to ***/Fenestra for status. He said late Oct/Nov. In November we called and they had thankfully arrived, no call? He said they would be delivered in November, which they were not delivered until Dec, finally installed by Desert View/**** paid on 20th. One window was missing & **** told *** we needed to purchase trim from Fenestra $1600 which were both ordered with ***/Fenestra that day. On the 20th, I reached out to **** and *** ask about the window & cancel the trim. *** was very rude, said it is not his issue, trim could not be cancelled and no trim pymt/no window. ETA-March. I sent him the original invoice on Dec 27th, no response. I asked Level Up abt the window and they said to speak to **** &Rob they both measured them. The doors were not working properly & no screens? I notified ****, he said wait for other window to arrive. On Feb 2 I reached out again to both ***/****, & complained about doors not working, floors getting wet. No response from ***. **** came to look at door in Feb 8, **** "fixed it" on 24th. On 28th the weather stripping came off & frame cracking. **** said door panel needs to come out frame & stripping fixed, but he was leaving for 2 weeks. I reached out again on March 2nd & March 6. No Response. I decided to write ************* who emailed on MAR 13. Rep came to video the door on 20th & also shared that my window had arrived on the 15, to be installed following week. I emailed ***, No response. Window/trim came weeks later, door still not fixed and now they are saying that I am not the customer, Level Up was?
