5 starsWe are totally satisfied with *****. He did an excellent job. He explained everything he was doing. I had lots of questions and ***** was patient, answering each question thoroughly. One of the canisters sprung a leak (at 10 pm!) and after I sent a text, not expecting to hear from him until the next business ****************** CALLED me back and talked us through what to do. He was even willing to come that night! He's competent and really knows what he's doing. Many bonus points on his demeanor, courteous and respectful. 5 starsAfter I bought my water conditioning unit, the company I bought it from was bought up by another company and I was unable to have a service when needed. That is, until I met ******************* at D Lake LLC. ***** is committed to excellent customer service. He is honest and thorough. His rates are reasonable and I will be happy to call him whenever I have any plumbing need, since he does plumbing not just water conditioners. 5 starsWe were looking for a solution to scaling from ******'s water and explored several options. We were not interested in a water softener and discussed options with ***** at DLake Consulting. He demonstrated in-depth knowledge of water conditions and optional countermeasures. He explained his plan in understandable language. When his team installed the system, they did so efficiently and left no mess. ***** followed up to determined if we were satisfied with the outcome. We were. 5 starsMoved whole house conditioner installed by a different company that has since gone out of business from next to front door to the side of the house. This involved but was not limited to: trenching for water lines, re-plumbing at water faucet by front door, installed emergency shut off valve to conditioner system, moved drain line and tapped through brick into room for electrical. Highly satisfied. Quote was fair, work was performed efficiently, with care and respect to my property. Communication along the way was clear; I was told what they were doing and how long it would take. No surprises! DLake Consulting has high standards which shows in the quality of work performed. Our water softener and reverse osmosis system was installed by a company that went under. ***** and his team reached out to us and were able to provide the annual mainenance service that it required. ***** and his team are super friendly and completely professional! They performed an annual maintenance service on my water softener and reverse osmosis system.
