    11/14/22 We were stranded before the ride even began. I booked with this company for my daughters birthday and about 1 week later I received an email saying my reservation was cancelled. The company did nothing to rectify the situation, they contacted me late in the evening and didnt have a solution for their double booking. I was surprised to have conflict because I spoke with the owner and I felt really confident in their services. That was obviously a huge mistake! They cancelled my reservation because longer hours were requested by another party. **** reached out to me and said he could do a 3 hour reservation but then booked someone else and just removed me from the schedule. It is a small company and they do whats best for them only, they do not care who it affects or hurts. Its too late to reserve another service and my invites and rsvps were already collected. Now I have no transportation.

    As a small company we very much care about our clients and always have their best interest in mind. Unfortunately, you did not follow the proper booking protocol for our company and did not accept the quote that we had sent over. If it is not accepted by you, we have no guarantee that you want to book. The confirmation is sent to you with all the information that you have to check and approve and ACCEPT, nor did we receive payment. Again, you did not do that. Your reservation could not be canceled because it was never even a confirmed booking. It was a quote until you accepted the terms. You confirmed and docusigned with a different company and insisted it was our company and accused us of lying and used vulgar language when speaking with us. We offered as a courtesy to help you find another company, but we were met with this effort to slander us. We do have a record of our complete conversation including your false accusations and vulgar language used when speaking with us. We have spoken to the other company that you actually booked from and are very happy to hear that you will have the limousine for your daughter's event. So, this situation has been rectified. :) ADDED NOTE: 12:51PM We just received a phone call from ****** stating that she is out to ruin us. She said she has her friends that will provide fake reviews to destroy our reputation on all social media including the BBB. What can we do? We can't even refund money because we never received the deposit or an accepted confirmation to book it. We wish her health and happiness!
