    They do not follow proper sanitation regulation; as in a triple sink for their bar glasses. No use of ph strips to regulate such water. Bartenders do not wear non slips. Children go behind the bar and sit at the bar with currently no food being served there. Persons under 21 past 10 pm. Mistreatment of staff, including but not limited to their inappropriate force of apparel, working shifts with no break, singling out staff members in which food is given to some but not all. Not allowing staff to claim tips as to not be investigated by the **** Not adjusting time when employees forget to clock in. Making employees responsible for shortages, when never given the opportunity to count the drawer themselves. In fact one night with multiple bartenders, at their grand opening, bartenders were forced to pay a large shortage. I myself seen that the shortage was $430. And some cents. However. The acting manager and claimed owner told the bartenders that it was a $500 shortage and the were responsible for half of such shortage.
