    I signed up for a free trial to help take my business paperless. I started February 9th, and within a couple of days I decided that I didn't want to continue. I searched for a cancel subscription button or page but couldn't find it. I reached out via email but only received automated replies. This is a dead app, there is no one maintaining it, but they still take money and have removed the ability to cancel the subscription. I have to cancel my card and get a new one, a mild inconvenience but still very annoying. This site should be taken down.

    We apologize for the inconvenience. This was a miss on our part. Our ticketing system typically forwards InkdSign tickets to a common email box that we always monitor however that forward rule stopped so we did not get ********* ticket in a timely manner. I have attached a screenshot of the refund of 10.00 in which ******* was charged  on 2/23/24. Prior to this ******* was in a trial period and was charged 1.00 and then voided on 2/9/24. This is just an authorization charge only and never actually a bill. ******* originally said he paid 13.00 and we are unclear where this amount came from as we have attached a screens shot of everything he was billed. Our service is only 10.00 per month and he was only billed for one month. We have gone ahead and canceled his account and refunded the 10.00. There is a cancelation link from within every users account. We have also attached a screenshot of the cancel link from with the application.

     

    Anyways we hope this matter is settled and apologize for the issue. We will make sure we have things in place to prevent this from happening again.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 21354775, and find that this resolution is  satisfactory to me. The amount is because we are in Canada.
