    ordered lacewing larvae and got two paper bags with some sort of media supposedly containing 5000 larvae. Upon close inspection there was no larvae bugs mixed into the media. Totally waste of $ 100 dollars. Never again.

    Paid $38 for next-day shipping, got 2-day snailspeed, and a condescending *** who said Glad youre taking this well while refunding $11. Scammers. Better Alternative companies who actually care about the customer

    I applied NemAttack - Sf Beneficial to my greenhouse container grown vegetable's, my plants were infested with fungus knats.Within one day almost every fungus knat was killed. In addition, my order was shipped in one day.

    This past growing season I decided to increase my use of organics in **** control. Goal is ultimately ween off of those inorganics and created chemicals as much as possible. I found Arbico and tried some of the suggestions, such as hanging traps and inoculants. Found my experiments very beneficial, for e.g., for years I have had troubles with Squash Vine borers and other curcurbit specific pests. Right away I found a tremendous decrease in curcurbit pests and traps full of the unwanted. The nematodes went right to work on the wireworms in the test patch. Expanding this experiment for this upcoming grow. Satisfied with the products at this point and look forward to increasing the use of their products.

    This place is a scam. I ordered traps and they sent me the wrong order and will not refund or replace it. Eventhough ******* mentioned sometimes they pack the wrong order. Numerous phone calls and messages left along with emails. They do not call back or return emails. Now i have to contact my financial institution to see what can be done about this. This has to be illegal taking and charging people and sending out cardboard. I sent them pictures as they requested and never heard back from them. Read the rest of their reviews to get a firm understanding on other peoples negative experiance with arbico organics. They are a scam company.

    I ordered Praying Mantid Egg Cases - 3 Cases and not one of them hatched. I e-mailed ARBICO Organics and they said - Unfortunately there is no return policy because the oothecas are collected in the wild there are no guarantees they will produce.I understand but they could of offered to send 3 more. They did not. They could of offered t give a refund. They did not.Very poor customer support
