    I stayed at the hotel September 27th and 28th. Upon checking in they gave my wife and I a standard room. My daughter had booked us a room and I book us a room. When realizing this i cancel one room. Hotel said i can't cancel my daughters reservation. Checking out September 29th i ask what was the total charges and print out had $262.they gave me a copy. I gave my daughter $****** cover the room. I didn't want her to pay for the room. Later when getting home checking my debit statement they charged $388.91. For a deluxe room. The difference between rooms is $126.91 Which the hotel should reimburse me. What a rip-off. I will never stay at Majestic mountain in in ******. ******* again.

    Had reservation at Majestic Mountain Inn for Saturday, August 19, check out August 20, 2023. Upon arriving on Saturday was told by two front desk employees that my reservation was for August 18, not Saturday the 19th. I was taken back, this is the weekend of the ****** rodeo most hotels are booked. Scrambling to find my email confirmation as they insisted that it was booked for the wrong date. Upon finding my email which I showed them confirming the check in date as Saturday, August 19th, The response I received from **** and *** was Oh..When I asked for my room, they indicated nothing was available. Not surprised at that remark but I asked If they could try and find a room elsewhere, thinking they were familiar with the area and possibly had reciprocity with other hotels.I had to ask them to check availability at other hotels.I felt there really wasnt any concern from these two employees, much less wanting to try to rectify the situation and feeling they were blaming me for the date change as they didnt know how the reservation could have been changed.It was definitely disappointing the way the situation was handled, the lack of concern, didnt offer to resolve the issue.I understand mistakes happen, it was really about the way the situation was handled!
