    I had a AC installed by Cardinal heating and cooling LLC. There was a $600 SRP Rebate And it was pulling teeth to get the information from ******* the sales person at Cardinal air. *** sent out an inspector to take the static reading and the static hole was covered up therefore the inspector could not take the reading. Both the *** inspector and myself Tried to contact Cardinal air, but no response for the last seven months. I am still trying to get in contact with them but no response. I need them to come out and open the static hole so SRP inspector can come back out To take the static reading so I can hopefully get my $600 rebate.

    My new AC is not cooling like it was before 2 years, No one answer the phones, phone recorder does not accept messages, My contract stated 10 years warranty, I can't get a hold of them to check it out

    Cardinal Heating & Cooling ******* ** I purchased two AC units from them in June, 2020. I have a 3 year warranty with them so as of now 9/12/22 it is still under warranty. I called them up to have my downstairs unit looked at because it is not blowing out the vents. They came out to look at it and told me it was the blower motor and they have to order it. 8/29/22 I tried following up with them a day before repair was supposed to be done and no answer. Text them no answer. Waited till the next Monday no answer call or text. I emailed them no response. Going on two weeks now with no response. Tried calling from a different number and they have an automated response. "Please text me I'm on a phone call right now." So they are purposely ignoring my phone calls and text now. Come to find out a lot of others have delt with this same issue. All there reviews on Yelp and ****** resemble the same thing I'm going through. Not answering calls or text when it comes to warranty claims.

    We had a new AC installed 8/6/22. Our AC began to blow warm air on 8/29/22, Ive called several times and have sent text messages thru my phone and on offer up, which is where I found the company. No response. Once on 9/1/22 and tech was suppose to come out but no one did. I paid another person to fix and the unit was short on freon but that only helped for one night and back to warm air. The unit should have a 10 year warranty but I cannot get someone out to help.

    July, 2022. New unit. I have water coming off the back of unit. It needs to be moved forward. I paid $6,700.00.

    Cardinal installed new ** system for my rental property early this year before summer started. The ** has been reported by tenant with multiple issues and it is almost impossible to get Cardinal team to look into the issues with many calls. The drain line for ** for improperly installed and clogged which caused big water damage in dry wall, ceiling and wood floor in the house, I need to do restoration work a company and hired another ** company to fix the drain issue who told me that the ** was installed so bad that they need to redo all the installation work. I have called Cardinal for many times and left messages for the issue but they never response for a new ** installed just a few months ago. I don't trust the workmanship from Cardinal and have to ask another company to redo the installation which costs about $3500 plus all the restoration work up to $30K. I want to have Cardinal responsible for the installation cost and restoration damage cost. Thanks

    There is nothing they fixed: I have to reach out to a different company to fix the ** installation issue and paid $2500 to fix it. Cardinal cooling/heating did noting about this complaint. Thanks

    There is no signed contract that's an estimate that was provided. Please send us proof of installation and payment receipt. Both signatures and paid invoice. You might have the wrong company

    there was no action by the company for my loss on the new labor work and restoration cost i paid due to the poor installation work from those guys

    Cardinal came out to my house in late December of 2021. My unit, which they installed a few years prior, was not working. The technician from Cardinal said there was a refrigerant leak, but couldn't find it and so he topped off my unit with refrigerant (they call it Freon). He said the fix should last for at least 3 years, but if it ran out before then, that they would come back out and refill the unit. I was uneasy with this resolution, as the leak was not fixed, but I paid the bill since they gave me a warranty for 3 years. Last week, my unit quit running again. I contacted Cardinal on the day it went out to get it serviced, but did not get a call back or response to my text until a couple days later. That is unacceptable given the fact that we live in Phoenix and it is summer time. Either way, the owner said they did not warranty ***** and when I showed him the invoice with the guarantee, I got no response back.I am seeking to be reimbursed for the amount of money - $572 - that it cost me to get Freon/Refrigerant from another company. I will attach all supporting docs.
