    I've been coming here for 5 years. Each time I bring both of my vehicle, I am told to not purchase through Groupon. I have been told that the business can price match that coupon and charge me directly. I attempted to get confirmation today before driving down. **** the manager gave me conflicting information. The man who answered the phone was dismissive but told me that they would honor the Groupon price. This discriminative business is dishonest and will gaslight you. Stay away from the lies and false advertising.

    On March 22 I took my truck for a regular standard radiator flush and the mechanic at this location took advantage to over over-revving the engine during the radiator flush. In turn, the vehicle was not operating correctly while on the freeway. I went back immediately to the Oil Express to have them look over the vehicle. At the time the excuse for the uneven throttle and white smoke was a popped power steering hose having oil all over the vehicle. Without further thought and the truck still running a bit off, about a week or so later the vehicle had a complete failure. Now I don't drive my truck every day it's a weekend vehicle so the truck wasn't in operation the whole time. I had to have the truck towed to my personal certified mechanic to have him look at it. Through extensive investigation and replacement of parts, our mechanic did not find oil residue from the power steering to fit the "story" Oil exchange provided and all the codes and errors are leading to engine contamination and failure from the radiator flush because the radiator is holding pressure even when the vehicle is not in use which is not supposed to be this way. Further, while looking over the vehicle the hoses and parts for the radiator flush were not adequately replace once Oil Express was done with their radiator flush.

    Hello, my name is ***************** an ******* native living in ******. Im a single mom who works two jobs to be able to provide for my childs. I recently purchased a car about a year and a half ago and have been doing great with maintaining the needs of it as well as an oil change. However, recently in my last oil change the company that I go to forgot to put the screws back on my engine filter and messed up my car. I had to go to another shop and get all of my engine cleared out along with the mass airflow sensor which cost me almost $600 total. I tried to go back to the place that I got my oil change at which is ********** change off of the *************************************************************************** that they were not going to take responsibility for it. I am in talks with a lawyer, but wanted to see if theres anything that you can help me with. I truly appreciate it.I would like my money back and a full public apology from the company. I have document, pictures and videos to show proof.
