    We paid $612.66 for a bounce house for my son's party. Part of this fee was $100 for a generator since this event occurred at a park. The bounce house was delivered late, and was completely wet on arrival. Then, as soon as it was blown up (less than 5 minutes after the kids were able to get on it), their generator failed and the bounce house collapsed, causing kids to be trapped inside. I called them immediately and asked them to come bring another generator, which they were unable to do. They came 2 hours later, when the party was already over, and just picked up the equipment. I contacted them several times, and was told I would get a refund. It has now been 5 months, and I have not received a single *****. I feel we did not get the service we paid for, plus we had additional psychological stressors of dealing with multiple kids getting trapped in a bounce house.

    Transaction date: 3/7/2025 Date of event: 3/12/2025 Ordered 2 tables and 14 chairs. Chose basic delivery which stated delivery any time before scheduled time. I scheduled drop off for 1pm and pick up at 5pm. At 12:30pm, I reached out for an ETA and received an automated response stating they would reach out to the owner for information but never sent an update. I continued to reach out requesting a person because all of the phone numbers for the business didn't work. They sent me the owners phone number but that one didn't work either. I have still not received any information, but the business blew my phone up with advertisements to get me to book when I originally looked at their website. I demand a refund. This was a humiliating experience. I had to have everyone sit on the ground for the party. I am out over $100.
