    OakCraft installed all the cabinets in our Pulte built home. The cabinets have been a complete nightmare and OakCraft has been awful to work with. The cabinets have all kinds of issues - the facing is peeling on the front and sides of the drawers and cabinets, bubble continue to appear. The hardware is horrible and has had to be repaired numerous times. The soft close feature does not work. The chips, scars, scratches that they claimed to be 'patina' are unattractive. Multiple drawers were never installed properly and were hanging on 'by a thread' only to fail/fall out and be wobbly. Drawers do not close properly, and the large cabinet doors are not level. These are the WORST cabinets I've ever had and they're barely 3 years old.OakCraft as a company is awful to work with. They are non-responsive. They do not stand by their craftsmanship or cabinetry. I have called them numerous times to only be hung up on, put on hold, or completely disregarded. When we were under warranty, OakCraft would deny that the faulty products and installation were their fault - it was like pulling teeth to make a warranty claim. They missed three service appointments when under warranty. Now that we're out of warranty (1 year), they literally do not have ANY form of customer service or support.The last word I would use to describe them or their product is "elegant". Their cabinets were a huge waste of money for us and our biggest regret in our dream home. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere. If your builder uses OakCraft, protest (if you can) or ask for literally any other brand. Good luck!

    Good Morning I'm sorry you have had this experience. The first two years of your home the warranty is covered by ***** the company you bought your home from. If you would share your name and address, we can look further into your claims?

    Oak Craft Cabinets have been the supplier for the cabinets in our ****************** in the ********* development. Recently, a customer service technician came to our home to do some warranty work on our cabinets. His first name is ********. He was very pleasant, diligent, and professional in providing the services that we had requested. I would highly recommend him to follow-up with the service work for Oak Craft Cabinets.     Purchased 2 year old home built by **** in ******, **. The OakCraft cabinets are the worst built cabinets we've ever seen and we are amazed that **** homes installs them. Bubbles in the laminate, pull out drawers that are 1/2" out of square. Too many problems to list. And as the purchaser of a resale home there is no warranty. NEVER choose this Company if you have a choice!

Our warranty policy does not transfer from the original owner because we can't control how they maintain and care for the cabinets.     Moved into our ******* home in December 2022. Many issues identified at closing and after. After 11 months and more than several attempts all issues have been resolved. ********* was the last to service our cabinets. He is a true craftsman and did a great job. Also want to acknowledge that ****** an Oakcraft supervisor was very good to work with and followed through with getting replacement panels ordered and service scheduled.

    I cannot recommend this company. In November 2021, we closed on our ***** Weekly Home in Victory Verrado. Many items pointed out at walkthrough to ******* are still yet to be completed. They are short staffed, poor manufacturing quality, 1-2 month response time, and extremely poor communication. Multiple visits from the company techs, never any communication from management.

    We moved into our new Pulte home in Nov 2021 and immediately reported several damaged cabinets (in our kitchen and guest bath). After waiting several months, our replacement cabinets finally arrived but they were the wrong stain! We were promised a "rush order" but it's now been over 10 weeks (and two scheduled appointments cancelled) and our cabinets are still not in! Meanwhile, not only do we still have several original cracked cabinets, we also have a missing cabinet door in our kitchen and a cracked bathroom panel that is so badly damaged, the toilet paper holder cannot be attached. Despite numerous calls to our builder rep and to Oakcraft directly, nothing is resolved. I will be sharing this experience with Pulte's CEO and will strongly recommend that they find another cabinet company, because Oakcraft is utterly incompetent.
