    We have long-standing customers but no more. Two reservations ago our driver was extremely unprofessional and the office graciously gave us a credit to use on a future reservation. When I tried to use that I was told nothing was noted in our account. Fast forward to our last experience on October 19, 2022. Upon first call to say we were ready to be picked up at Phoenix Airport we were told by **** that the service was running slow and would be ***** minutes late. He also indicated he would call when driver was five minutes out. Over 30 minutes later nothing. Several calls ensued with different excuse every time.We found a group of others waiting for same service. They had been told different excuses and had called several times as well. Over 1 1/2 later van finally arrived. Two people waiting all this time use canes - one a disabled veteran. It was so late by the time we got home all grocery stores were closed so could not get anything for breakfast. **** indicated someone would call from office in morning - so sad that this is not a reliable service as their own narrative states.

    My mother booked a private van and was told that she would have to ride in a shared vehicle. When she called to get her reservation cancelled, they told her they would not refund her money. I called in an attempt to solve the situation and was yelled at, berated and was hung up on multiple times, by a hostile employee named *****.
