    On 12/ 8/ 2024 **** Zigler at her shop call Zigler Hair Designs colored and cut my long hair.....My hair was in good condtion and she even commented how healthy it was...The product was itching the entire time it was on my scalp....She washed it 3 times...I asked her why....She said to get oil out...none of which was true...I believe whe was trying to get the hair dye out as at that point she knew she broke off and destroyed my beautiful long hair ....I asked her why I lost so much...she said it normal....I know it that it isnt....I asked her why it's so dry?? She said she used texterizer in it( not true) ...she also said " I don't know why it is so dry" ... I text her the next day...I asked her to reimburse me ' all" of my money....She never offered to try and fix what she had done with hair treatments " nothing" she also said she won't reimburse me ....I paid $ ****** cash to her....I am asking to retrieve full amount as I need to find somewhere to get it fixed...I will have to cut 1/2 my long hair off as the damage is this extensive...I am devastated over 10 years of hair growth gone in 2 hours in her establishment...
