    Ive come into this facility many times because it is my local *** store. Every time I come in, I notice the owner is rude to me and other customers as well. Every time anyone, puts their hand out for the receipt, the owner purposely throws the receipt of the transaction on the counter and walks away quickly. On 2/17/2023, I went to this business to ship a few Amazon returns. When I noticeably stuck my hand out for the receipt, he threw it on the counter and looked at me. I poked my hand out farther for him to place in my hand. He looked at me and shrugged his shoulders. Then his manager, *****, comes from her station, snatched up the receipt and slapped in my hand and yelled at me to move out of the way. When I brought the rudeness and unprofessional attitude to their attention and asked for the owners info. *****, the manager refused to give it to me and the owner rudely asked if I was done with my 5 minutes. I told him that was highly unprofessional and asked for corporate number. He told me if I dont like the way he does business then I can go elsewhere. I asked for corporate phone number and he ignored me, then ***** the manager slams a number down in front of me on a paper and stated that was corporate. I stood in the store to call the number and I was escalated to a supervisor over the phone. The supervisor informed me that the number was incorrect for corporate. I advised the supervisor that ***** the manager purposely gave me the incorrect number and she advised me to report that to corporate as well.
