Deposits for boarding or training programs are non-refundable. Once training has begun there are no refunds allowed unless agreed to in writing by both parties. Cashing of a refund check implies acceptance of refund amount in totality.
Credit Card fees, shipping and restocking fees will be subtracted from refund amounts. Hourly rates for travel and/or time spent with client shall be not less than $250.00 per hour.
