    I can not give enough credit and thanks to ***. Thru out the whole ordeal of selling my home and clearing all my past judgements i was a mess. If it wasnt for *** i wouldve lost my mind. She with ease calmed me down and explained without excuses. Shes trully an amazing person. Trust is somthing i lack in people. Even after closing *** went out of her way for me. Allways showed my best interest was on her mind. Thank you ********.

    THIS is one aggressive company!! Home buyers that won't stop, even after you request them politely three times to remove you from their mailing list!! They even have the audacity to call the phone number after you call to ask to be removed - pestering AGAIN!!They have an aggressive team that seems to disrespect peace, privacy & a "definite NO"!WARNING TO HOME OWNERS!!

    Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience with LRT Offers. Before signing a Purchase Agreement, I talked with my representative at length about the repairs needed for the home and the estimated cost of $50-80k that I was quoted. I asked them to come look at and take pictures to be sure they wanted the house before going into contract. They assured me that they buy houses all the time that need work, even ones that have been burned down to the bones, and this would not be an issue. We went into contract and, on the 10th day of their due diligence period at 5:00 PM, I was notified that they would be backing out because they did not see how they could make money on this property. I asked how much their contractors estimated the repairs for them; they said average $60k, which was within range of what I told them, and should not have been a surprise. Within this time period, I saw my home posted for sale for $25k above the price they agreed to purchase from me for. My suspicion is that they could not sell our Purchase Agreement for a quick $25k profit within the 10 days, and therefore backed out, wasting my time and resulting in me declining other offers. They lowered their offer to me by $60k, which was less than the value of the land.They then sent me an addendum to our contract stating buyer and seller mutually agree to cancel the contract, which is not true, as they cancelled the contract and I certainly would still like to go through with it. I asked them to revise the addendum to indicate the contingency they were utilizing to cancel the contract on me. They said they would update and resend it, but to this day I have been spammed with the original cancellation addendum 18 times.I see there are lots of positive reviews and I hope your experience is better than mine. Personally, I was better off keeping the $60k for myself and finding a cash buyer, then using a real estate attorney and title company to close.

Your representative did contact you and let you know that it would be tight, but we would do everything in our power to try and make it work. We did reach out to a few individuals within our network to try and find you someone we could connect you with direct, but the feedback we received were even lower than ours. We are not aware of your property being marketed for sale online and would appreciate it if you could direct ** to where you are seeing that so we can look into that. As for the cancellation agreement, we have already updated the original termination within the agreed-upon due diligence period at your request.We are sorry that you were not completely satisfied with your experience, and we would like to make things right.
