- Refunds are subject to manufacturer/distributor return polices for the respective product/s purchased. Provided that a refund request is submitted to K.I.T.S Consulting LLC within 30 days of purchase, and that the terms and conditions of the respective manufacturer/distributors return policies are met by the customer, K.I.T.S Consulting will process returns in behalf of the customer; the customer will be subject to a 15% restocking fee and will be responsible for all shipping fees required to process the return. Upon receipt of the returned equipment and acceptance of the return request from the manufacturer/distributor, a refund of the original purchase, less the 15% restocking fee and any applicable shipping fees, will be refunded to the customer. Professional service hours purchased and exhausted through the implementation of a product that the customer wishes to return will not be refunded.
