    I shipped a package through them, and it never arrived at it's destination. They claim the it fell out of the box and was lost, I think they stole it. The package was a softball bat, 36 inches long. The box it supposedly fell out of was 36x3x3 dimensions. I filed a claim for the 200 dollar insurance I paid to have put on the package. They refuse to pay or help in any way. I call repeatedly and never get call backs or anything. The owner has just hung up the phone on me multiple times. I think they are just stealing peoples packages and then not paying out the insurance that customers are paying for. In turn, stealing from the customer a second time.

    On 12/17/2022 I took in a package of an iPhone 14 pro ************** Purple to overnight to ************, the package did not arrive till Monday and my granddaughter had a notice to pick up the package on 12/19/2022. She went to the location of *****************************************************. She was told the package never arrived and that it was stolen the driver said the sender requested back the package. I never requested the package back. Since then I have gone into store **** to file a claim and the owner ***** does not want to help me. She avoids my calls and face when I came into the store to get help I have tried every number for *** and getting a rep good luck. I purchased insurance on this package yet they will not file the claim. Read her reviews on yelp and ********* Im not the first one to wonder if they stole my phone!

    Date: 11/04/22 Employees continuously refuse to accept Amazon returns if it involves more work.
