    October 4th, 2021 I purchased my mobile home in the park. When I purchased it, I chose the place because of location and the fact they had a pool and also the rent price. As of late, there is a new management company running the business called Cobblestone. When the new management took over they only allowed us to pay with cashier check from our bank. No cash or check payments. They also did not have a website to even pay for our rent and the office was closed every time I went to talk to someone. The pool hasn't worked since I moved in in October of 2021. They changed management and raised our rent for no reason. In October I issued a check directly from my bank and it was sent by October 3rd, 2022. I received my bill and it showed a late charge of $35 and no explanation. I called the front office and no one answered, so I stopped by one afternoon because I was not working and spoke with the lady in the office because I had just received a late notice and she stated that she had the check there. I verified with her that I paid on time and would not be charged a late fee. Then they placed my bill on my door where it could blow away with all my personal information on it. I noticed they charged the late fee. I spoke with a lady again in the office and was told that because they opened it on the 7th that I was late. They opened the mail late that week because the normal person was not in the office. They charged me a late charge when I wasn't late. Then on November 1st our water was shut off all day and night long and I never received any notice. I had to ask my neighbor what was going on. I want my money back for the late charge as well as a call back regarding the issue of the pool not functioning and no responses or calls back from the company.
