    We came to redeem tickets purchased through the website. At the ****** location. Phoenix. Which I screenshot the confirmation for. However the agent made me download a app to redeem them versus just using my confirmation number. So that was one issue. Then upon noticing one of my children had urban air socks instead of rush park socks she made us purchase socks. Even though these sock were still grip trampoline socks. They just didn't have rush park named on it. And I asked if thus was a insurance issue of why they need to be named Rush Park and she said yes. Which I'm unsure but it's highly unlikely that rush park is part of that compliance. I'm sure it's just gripped trampoline socks that would be a requirement if such requirement is outline for that purpose. However I just wanted inform the company of this situation that happened. And if customers don't have the brand but have the correct material of socks I don't understand the problem. Then as I'm using the restroom for the second time the same person comes in the bathroom checking stalls. She checked three of them as I was walking out of the fourth and then didn't check the one I went in. So I thought that was kind of weird as well. I just want to communicate with management about the experience.

    I appreciate you bringing this to our attention.  One of our 4 pillars is safety.  We had an incident where a child slipped and got hurt.  They were not wearing our grip socks.  When we renewed our insurance policy, the issue of the incident above needed to get addressed before receiving a quote. To provide as much safety as possible , we require Rush grip socks, we designed the grip pattern for our safety standards .  I would be more than happy to send you 2 VIP passes to visit us again.   You can reach me at *****************************.

    Had a birthday for my 7 year old on 1/14/2023. Arrived for party 30m in advance like requested. Nothing was set up. They said our party host would come get our cake to put it in a fridge. That didnt happen for an hour and a half. They set up our tables finally, our pizza we ordered was late, she just sat them down and left, my husband even had to refill our drink pitchers multiple times because the host was no where to be found. Then ******************************************************************************************************************* I needed to hurry up because she had a bigger party coming down to my party area. So in a matter of 10 minutes I had to round up my kid and her friends, sing happy birthday and cut the cake and serve it. They were supposed to provide candles and that came after she finally brought the cake. At this point it was 3:40 and our party was supposed to be over they were so off schedule with our stuff we had no time to even eat cake. I had to put my daughters cake back in the box and she ate it at home. I went up to the front and tried to talk to the manager and she rolled her eyes at me and huffed and puffed. She said Ill give you an extra 20minutes and 2 free passes and none of that happened. By the time I had walked back to our table they had started throwing our stuff away. I called and left multiple voicemails and sent emails from the contact us section on the website and even called another location to speak to anyone of the general managers and not one person has gotten back to me. 5 attempts on my part to speak to a manager and not one person has called me and the general managers email is not valid. I would realistically like a full refund but I understand its a business and would settle for a partial refund due to the pizzas and 5 wrist bands we used.
