I received a text asking if I wanted them to come back to do services (ie. dog stool removal). I said that would be great. I gave him my email for future statements. I went on my email and there was an email of 35.98$ with description of charges. I texted owner back and told him about the charge and it stated payment was over due. I explained that I did not approve the first cleaning, as ******************* told me that service was free first time. A door k*** note was on my door saying next service was 9/8. I didnt understand why they had already set an appt without me agreeing. The owner said that ******************* agreed to service and read the agreement. I told him that it didnt matter what verbal agreement she had made, because Im the owner of the home And I did not agree with them cleaning up the stool. I only agreed when he texted and asked if I wanted their service. Once I found out he charged the first visit, I told him to cancel my agreement. He also said it was actually more for the services than he had billed me. He said the only thing that was free was the spray they use to clean up germs for 3 months, then my price would go up if I continued their service to spray. I cancelled as I said before. He was not happy. Then I checked my email and he sent a new statement saying I now owed 79.95$!!! Very dishonest and not professional. He continued to Harass me by sending a text that threatened to take me to court to get his money. At this point I told him I would report his harassment and contact the BBB. He sent another email but I did not open it. The truth is he cant go after me for a job that I, the owner did not approve at that time. At this point the discussion with him has put me behind in work, and Im frazzled and stressed.Thank you for your time,*************************** ************

This person is attempting to get service for free, plain and simple.  Her home was set up for service by someone named ******************************  This person never said she was not the homeowner until after the first service was completed (my employee spent over an hour cleaning up multiple months of neglected pet waste from the yard, it was a very big mess).  The promotion that was signed up for at The Maricopa County Home and Landscape Show was 3 months of *************************** with a 6 month commitment to pet waste removal.  Signage was very clear about this, and I personally set every one of these up to know I set the expectation that the pet waste removal was to be paid for, and the sanitation service was free.  **************** is attempting to get this service at no cost, breaking the agreement that was made.  The person who signed up for service, ***************************** is the one I am assuming owes this debt, and it is my plan to contact the ****** ***************** to file charges of "Theft of Services" to report her for this crime.  This is a class 1 misdemeanor in the ****************, and I do plan to file charges.

We have GPS proving my employee was there.  I have the signage I can share about what the verbiage was for the promotion, it is very clear that this woman is attempting to shrug off a debt using the BBB as a sounding board.  This is a 100% valid debt, and I will be persuing this to the fullest extent of the law.
