    Hello; my name is ********************* I would to file a complaint against Suncrest Mini Storage the company took my money from my account without my permission. My bill every month is $286.00 $317.00 was taken from my account well have been calling since the beginning of august the manager has told me to wait till next month to get my $50.00 back. I honestly think that is very wrong of them to expect my money back next month, when it was done in august. I m on a fixed budget and prefer to have my bills payed when they are supposed to on the automatic with drawl date. Thank you Looking forward to a resolution
