  I give this place a big zero, I dont know how this place is still up and running. They have too many patients and not enough workers. We had to have my dad was admitted due to a stroke in which it left him with the left side unable to move so when it came to eating all they did was leave his tray and left him fin for himself. They had him in isolation and they wouldnt take him out to breath, when we complained they would leave him in the wheel chair out in the lobby alone. He feel 3 times and that one time left on the floor while all the nurse were at there station gossiping. We had to him removed by transferring him to the emergency room with a UTI Infection. I mention to the nurse and just looked at me and walked away. The nurse was very rude. There physical therapy is no help. He had a rash they didnt seem to do anything about it until the last minute when we had him transferred. Places like this should not be operating with people loves one.

  Huge disappointment please do not send your family member here if you love them. My grandma went in post kidney injury and has been in the *** for over a week due to the uncleanliness of this place she has infected with E.Coli not sure how this facility isnt under investigation.

  They refused to release my father's records, which is against the law. We had to set up outside services ourselves, they would not assist. We were told they were going to keep him because ******** would pay until he could walk. Although he was only getting PT twice a week, they had no intention to have him walk. As a paralegal, I had to use legal resources to make them release my dad. The day of release they refused for him to go on the transport. We had to get another transport to pick him up. We were about to go and carry him out of there ourselves. DO NOT put a loved one in this facility.

  This plase needs to be investigated for stealing peoples medication! So many lies about saying they gave pain meds when they didnt then getting mad when confronted. Talking openly about people in the hall ways using first and last names talking about medication they cant find for them, Hello HIPAA!! Staff is so rude, calling people bad names when they get mad. Not providing medication on time and making people wait hours for it. CNA will be nice to your face then treat your family bad as soon as you leave. The room was always so dirty. So many things I wish I could remeber it all. I think someone needs to take action and shut this place down. Stop letting staff steal drugs from the people in pain that need it!!

  The **** ******************************* is the worst Supervisor I have ever worked for. I wasnt even there a month and she accused me of all sorts of things that never happened nor I did.

  My mother was moved to this facility. Bad move. She was constantly left in her own f**** for hours and or next day. Nurses were rude and unprofessional. There is no availability to talk to anyone there as far as Doctors or *********************** They DO NOT return phone calls nor communicate. The place is a horrible example of where to put your loved one for care. They get sent there to die. They did NOT get any help to rehabilitate her arm after a stroke and now it is beyond repair. DO NOT put your loved one in this facility. Extremely short staffed.

  If I had to give a star it would be zero....this place is so short staffed 1 Nurse and 1 Medical Assistant for 30 patients per section....one of the nurses very rude and sarcastic ...My dad was sent there for rehab and he fell on Friday I found him lying on the floor in the bathroom, I'm not sure how long he had been there, if I had not gotten there who knows how long he would have been there. On Saturday he had been calling for assistance because had had had an bowel movement accident, when i got there he told me he had been ringing for over 20 minutes and no one had come to assist...I went to search for someone to ask why no one was available and asked them to just give me what he needed, they said they would send someone in 40 minutes...i told them 40 minutes would you like to sit in a f**** for 40 told them never mind I will help him if you don't have time to assist him right now...then they said we will send someone right now...when the assistant came I told her about the incident on Friday...She said they have a schedule to check on each patient every 4 hrs...Can you imagine my dad lying of the floor for 4HOURS or even sitting there waiting 40 minutes in f**** to be changed....I have been there calling for assistance for my dad myself and I ring and ring for a nurse and no one comes until i have to go search for someone and even then, I can't find anyone!!! This place is full of patients and not enough medical staff to attend to them...another thing when I call for an update on my dad no one ever answers the phone. Patients are very neglected ignored don't sent your loved ones there it just horrible place.
