    Weve been living at an rv park for 1 year. They recently got new management and are trying to evict us over a canopy not being taken down even though weve been allowed to keep it up prior to them. They are trying to give us a 10 day eviction which is completely illegal. Weve never had any issues up until new management came in.

    On December 28, 2024, we reserved a campsite for March 6, 2025, through to March 13, 2025. They charged our credit card $308.68 on December 31, 2024. On January 13, 2025, ***** from Sundial called us and left a message he had to cancel our reservation because he was overbooked and has no place for us at his campground. We returned his call, and he stated he would refund us all our money. He never did refund us. We called numerous times, left many messages and emails. No one would accept or return our calls or emails. We gave them a bad ****** review and someone from corporate called us on 1/27/2025. She said they fired *****. She stated she was looking at our account right then and was going to return our money. She returned the $15 cancellation fee on 2/3/2025 but not the $293.68 for camping. We have called, left messages and emails again. On February 5, 2025, I called my credit card company to see if they received anything. They did not receive the $293.68. Today, we were told by Sundial, he couldnt help us. We just want our money back. We did not cancel this reservation. Sundial canceled it.

    They charged me for month rent of November an I haven't been there an ran my card without me knowing they don't it to a bunch of people a few are taking they to court too cause of shady stuff they charge
