    Hello, I have repeatedly contacted the customer service line about me ordering online through the website for three sandwiches with a coupon from my mail. The lady that keeps contacting me from that line is refusing to give me my money back and keeps telling me to have them remade. I had to throw my sandwiches away due to the worker putting a grip load of sauces on my sandwich to the point me or my kids couldn't eat the sandwiches. We literally had to throw them away because there was no taste besides the sauces. We couldn't taste the meat nor veggies. No topping at all. Plus the bread was soaking wet from the sauces. I have never had such a sandwich made. This same worker is there every single time I go. He is a kid working that obviously is aware he gets away with how he is selling these sandwiches by his attitude. I need either my money back or a gift card. Subway is refusing. I need to get corporate involved because this is ridiculous for customer satisfaction. I don't live in Peoria and I have went to this store like four different times now and that same worker, day or night, is the same person always there. I have video of my sandwiches as I told the customer service rep as well. I was also told because it's past closing from the 2nd I can't be refunded. When I contacted the store and I put in the issue through subway the day of the order. Yet I was contacted days later and subway is making that my fault. I need help with contacting the owner. This is inconvenient to make me drive over 45 minutes to have my food remade. I can't upload my video but I do have it.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.
