  I had the pleasure of working with ***** who helped find the perfect living facility for my mother. We live out of state and needed to find someone who could guide us and take my mom to different communities. ***** did more than we possibly could have asked for. From our first consultation, ****** expertise and genuine care stood out. She took the time to understand my mothers needs and preferences, and treated my mother as if she were a member of our family. Ericas professionalism, compassion, and dedication were truly remarkable. What impressed me most was ****** tireless advocacy. She thoroughly researched facilities, arranged visits, and addressed all our questions. Her attention to detail and assessment of the environment helped us feel confident that we were making the right decision. But it was Ericas compassion that truly made the difference. She treated my mother with respect and kindness, even checking in on her on days when they werent looking at communities. If you need a senior placement specialist who sincerely cares, ***** is the one. I dont know how we could have done this without her commitment, kindness, and expertise.   ***** with Gentle Hearts is absolutely phenomenal, willing to go the extra mile just to help out. She is a blessing from above. If you are looking to transition into an assisted living or group home, she knows the homes, the staff and all of that. She can tell you the good and bad of them. In addition, once she places you, she continues to keep in touch to make sure that your transition is a smooth one. She can and will bring this knowledge to you when your family is at that stage in their life as well. In addition, once she places you, she continues to keep in touch to make sure that your transition is a smooth one. We are so grateful to have found ***** and have her on our side through this big transition. ***** is just a superstar!! If you need help she is the right person to do the job!!! Thanks to ***** and her team my Mom is settled and safe. I honestly dont know how we could have done all of this without her help, guidance, and caring. Thank you, Thank you !!

As a long time carehome owner I have a strong passion for caring for my residents and giving them the best quality of life I possibly can. I love working with ******** and her team because I can trust that their passion and high stands for quality care and love for people will always match my own!

  *********************** and Gentle Hearts are Angels from above. I could not have maneuvered through the situation I was embarking on without ****. My 90 year old mother who was living in an Independent Facility, fell and broke her hip. We knew right away she would have to be moved into Assisted Living. **** went through all the emotions, *** and downs while still navigating a positive outcome. We got everything situated in less than a week. **** has such a calm and relaxed demeanor, as well as a sense of humor at just the right times. I had a few issues with a potential Facility and she came to my rescue. We should all be grateful there are people like **** who love doing what they do.
