      1st I was supposed to recieve an estimate before the work began . I did not. Then I get billed a crazy amount that was never agreed upon. the tecnician spent 2 days trying to get the problem resolved and was on the phone learning with **** blinds tech support - and Finally the work I paid so highly for was all screwed up. The blinds are initialized backwards ie. Showing Open when the blind is actually closed, And closed when the blind is physically opened. - Other blinds matched to a certain height - the two lower blinds are off in calibration and show offset when both are supposed to be opened to 50 % . Additionally I left 5 to 6 voicemail expressing my concerns, none of which were returned. And for this I was billed $487 dollars

      ***** had an appointment with us on 08/31/22. *** was on the phone with **** for a long time to figure out how to reprogram his shades. The repair did not get finished and he agreed to have *** comeback the following day. ***** was provided a hand written invoice and paid by check in full. ***** did leave several voicemails, all in 1 day. We are having issues with our voicemails not showing immediately on our work iPhone. I did leave a voicemail for ***** on 09/02/22 apologizing for his issues and regarding not receiving his voicemails. ***** never returned my call. Below shows the emails back in forth.

      ***** 8:00pm 09/01/2022 - Something is screwed up with the repair the upper left shade operates a** backwards it shows closed when its open and shows up open when it is closed you were in such the hurry to leave Im not happy - you need to fix it 

      My response 2:23pm 09/02/22 - I am sorry you are having issues with the one shade.  *** can be by to correct the issue on Saturday, September 17, 1-2:00,  Will that work for you?

      ***** 4;23pm 09/02/22 - Its actually more than 1 issue with 1 blind others are not calibrated for travel height. I prefer a refund - $178 an hour for on the job training is hardly worth it - he was on the phone the entire time with **** blinds. And ladder charge of $118 your a blinds and shutter company - price gouging at its finest the job is not completed

      My response after Labor Day weekend 6:31am 09/06/22 - *** and I have returned all your money, $487.00, through Zelle Pay. We are sorry, but you will have to find someone else to repair your shades.
