    This company is taking advantage of customers by adding unexplainable charges. After installing their water heater, we checked with three different, local companies that provide the same service, and it turns out that we were overcharged by $960.Also, the initial appointment was btw 10 am - 2 pm (4 hours), the service person came at 4:40 pm. We took time off work, and it turned into a terrible experience.

    Please do not use this company. Think 100 time. We chose this company to fix the refrigerator. Their trip and diagnostic charge were $89.99 but technician charged us $149 saying he did extra work and thus added extra for the labor. He gave the estimate of $504 to fix an issue. We went with the repair where he changed the condenser motor. After paying total of $653 issue still has not been fixed. Technician gave another estimate of $650 stating that he still doesnt guarantee if an issue will be fixed thus, we refused the further repair. If I knew upfront that they were just going to use the hit and trial method to diagnose and going to cost me $1303 with no guarantee to be fixed, then I would have opted for a new refrigerator instead of giving them and wasting $653. Did reach out to manager stating the fact that we have a non-working refrigerator even after spending $653. His reply was same to get it fixed we need to spend another $650 but still there is no guarantee. Not sure if this is a common practice in the industry but this is sure I will not use or recommend this company to anyone.

    To be exact and short, the customer service with this company ***** like h*** I never been to h*** but just put it as a metaphor. I made an appointment for the second time and nothing got accomplished. The person that was supposed to come between 730 and 1230 did not show up on time so I waited for him to come a little later and I call cool blew customer service and told them to cancel the appointment. They are not thorough. They they are not a good company. I suggest anybody that called them or have a company such as fidelity use you guys big mistake. Theyre diagnostics is quite accurate and they will not come back and resolve the problem as soon as possible, I am a person that is on kidney dialysis. First thing they tell you is to turn your AC off in ******* ******* during the summer if it is broke for ******************************************************** to turn off my AC so they can come and do a proper diagnosed. This is a sad company anybody that use this company you were in trouble now maybe they do good on plumbing or something but air conditioners and Phoenix ******* dont use them. I talk to one customer service that was a male. He had me almost come up to the job to handle him. Personally I cant talk to no manager no manager will not call not even the owner so that lets me know the owner of this business ***** like h*** too dont use Cool Blew in **************. I have more to say but no need.

    There are not words to say how incredible this company has been in helping this poor old widow woman with her air conditioner. Each technician who came out to my house was very friendly, professional, great people skills. They were always on time. Repairs were made quickly. I know this because they told me how long it would take.This company went above and beyond when helping me with the cost of parts needed to get my air conditioner working in August. I did not tell them I was a widow. They made the decision to help with the cost after I said I could not afford the cost for the parts. I call that giving back to the community. I call that sharing their good fortune.My husband was HVAC certified and he chose this company when he could no longer get on the roof. He knew the parts and what they cost from his work. He trusted them. They have serviced the air conditioner for the last five years.
