5 starsMember since 2013 when knee surgeon recommended I get regular massage to prevent scar tissue from forming. Great service and price. Have had several therapists since 2013. All very good. The massage therapy benefits and helps with my arthritis issues and post lumbar surgery needs. So glad they are located in ****** at a great location.Review fromArizona Consumer Advocate

1 starThis company does not value the privacy of neither their customers OR their employees. Due to the irresponsibility of a current or previous (unknown at this time) employee, there are files/binders of this private information NOT secured in the office building but in random places and houses. This information includes Names, DOB's, FULL SSN's, Credit Card information and so on. This is being reported to the **** ******* AG, and the ******* Board for Massage Therapy.

Our customer and employees paperwork are kept in a file cabinet in the office. The older paperwork are in a secured file cabinet as well as storage. These are kept and handled by the Account Manager who works from home. We value our customers and employees privacy and paperwork are fully secured and confidential.Arizona Consumer Advocate

While I understand that is what your policy dictates for your employees to follow, unfortunately that is not what all of your employees are doing.I am currently in possession of employee records whether they may be former or present and customer information. This does include PII such as names, SSNs and credit card information.There was an attempt to bring this to your attention, however no responses received.With making this information public, I want to ensure people are aware and to protect themselves , as I do not know how many employees have violated your policies and how many former or present employees or customers may be impacted by this violation.
