    The staff is very condescending and do not care about how they have allowed my child and I into the fun house for months when we drove up to have fun. Now theyre refusing to let me in and play with her and saying its dangerous. The one worker said I couldnt come in because my child ran ahead inside and I went to the front desk and said Im trying to play with my kid in the funhouse and they arent letting me but the staff up front said I am allowed. I went ahead and continued to play with my child and then the manager pulled me aside and tried to very rudely put me in my place. She told me I could be in there with my child but didnt leave it at that. Then Im talking to her angrily and shes saying we need to talk but Im not allowed or I am and shes saying I am so why am I still stuck not playing with my kid? I said we were leaving and got pizza and popcorn then told my kid This is c*** ******** we are leaving and the manager again came to me and said I was cursing at the workers and need to go. We already were leaving but we left faster. Awful customer service and absolutely no knowledgable employees. This place would get zero stars if possible.

    I looked online for an activity I could afford to do with my kids. Urban Air in ******, Az had a $14.49 basic attraction pass on their website with parents playing for 50% off. I let the kids know we could go, but could only purchase the basic attraction pass for the trampolines. They were super excited until we arrived and were told they no longer have this pass and will not honor their online advertised pricing. I spoke with a manager and put a complaint in online through the chat. The customer service chat basically told me sorry, each location is privately owned.

    I have spent many weeks trying to cancel my memberships with Urban Air. The service was terrible, a teenager called my 7 year old the * word, wait times are insane for food and go carts and decided that we will not be returning per the bad experience and I cant get anyone to help me with a cancellation. My fianc will also be on disability and wont be able to pay anymore and they wont assist with the full cancellation unless I am to pay $1000 for cancellation fee. Its an unfortunate situation and so disappointed.
