    I have financed a vehicle with legend autos back in October of 2024. After only making two payments towards this vehicle, it has broken down with major issues Leading it to be undrivable. I have been in communication with dealership and I have been told I am outside of my 30 day warranty and I am responsible for the vehicle. I have reached out to the loan agency Western funding financial Multiple attempts and emails with no reply, And I have even been told that I am outside of my warranty, and I am responsible for the vehicle. These damages were Proven to be pre-existing upon the time of my purchase by the mechanics diagnostics, Now me and my family are out of a vehicle and it is going to be $13,500 for repairs and I cannot seem to get help from the dealership, From the loan agency And lemon law attorneys do not help with vehicles of 2012. The vehicle is currently sitting at a machanic shop awaiting an answers. I cannot afford to have this vehicle towed again.This is absolutely outrageous! Me and my family are in need of help with this situation! I cannot see how I am responsible after only making two payments towards this vehicle that it will break down this way, and I feel cheated that I am responsible for the repairs to pre-existing damage and incorrect repair repairs prior to my purchase. I was also told by this business not to tell the loan agency of Western funding financial That I only put $1000 down, I was coached to say that I put $3000 down and was told that I needed to sign a waiver stating that I owed the company$2200 in Zelle payments of $200 a month for the next 11 months. Which I have made two payments towards zelle, Two payments towards the truck loan if $476month And $1000 down.

    Im sorry you feel this way. We are willing to help in the way of a discounted shop rate and do the labor at our cost. We offer all of our customers an extended warranty, which would have covered the vehicle for at least two years, however, you declined to purchase it. Since we have been in contact, We have paid the shop for their diagnostic fee. We even offered to tow the vehicle to our lot, but found that the vehicle was in ***********, which would have resulted in over $350 towing fees. The offer is still open to have it looked at by us, but we would need you to at least get the vehicle here.

    As you are very well aware, the vehicle is now out for repossession. Yes, we have since been in contact after you were notified of my review left in regards to your business and my experience. I do not feel like it is acceptable that me and my family are now responsible for anything else financial towards this vehicle as we are not responsible for The condition of the vehicle. You made it very clear to me that if this vehicle is looked at by your low-cost mechanic and he can confirm that the diagnostics are correct from GREULICHS automotive technician ****** That there was nothing that we could do to save the truck And you will try to open another loan in house for another vehicle, which I am not interested in nor do me and my family feel safe and confident to drive another vehicle from your dealership. After this comment being made, I did tell you how that Will affect my credit and that It was when you made the offer for an in-house loan. Ultimately, we are not responsible for the incorrect repairs and damages prior to our purchase only after our second payment and lets not forget to mention all the issues along the way until then that I do have receipts for. What me and my family are looking for is For this whole situation to be made right by you and your company and reimburse us for the loan so it can be paid off as I do not deserve this to be on my credit. We just want this to be made right and we have been in contact with many resources to do the very best we can to make that happen. We have been through enough stress about this whole situation and just want this resolved.

    I leased a car through them and when I got in before I test drove it when I turned the vehicle on the brake light was on and I left them know that know that they said that they were going to fix it had a car for a week and almost hit someone because I couldn't stop called them they said they would fix it with the warranty it sat at a show for a month and then waas told that warranty wasn't going to work and they were going to take it to another shop. During this time they were giving me rental cars that kept on breaking down. Then I found out the month that they had my car they talked to the financing people to see if they could reverse the payment and get me into another car without letting me know this. Last time they went to go get another rental I noticed my car was sitting in their shop so I just ended up taking it back and going to another mechanic to see how much it would cost to fix and when I did I noticed they had for sale signs on my car and I still don't have the plates for it. I have all the paperwork I had to replace my phone so I can't send pictures

    They went against their own contract and repossessed my car illegally before doing so the right way. I paid the due paynent that was only 3 days late. They have in contract that it will be only done if in default which i wasnt and after **************************************************************************************************** any paperwork after taking the car either. They didnt tell me that it was in an accident. The repo company they use drove my car back to ******* instead of actually towing it. Repo people threatened me with the cops without a court order involved. They were uninvited intot a private laundry room and found my keys and wouldnt let me grab my house keys on their till i complained about my keys. I paid my payment to them and then they paid legend autos all through cash app. They still repossesed car after it said on contract they will pay the insurance and just charge me on my bill, but instead of doing that they repoed my car and told me after i drove 3 1/2 hours to retrieve the car that i would have to pay 950 to get the car back, and it was to recover the 950 they paid repo guy.

    I put down $4,000 for the car, and they didn't tell me about the accident it was in or the issues it was having. I purchased the car 0n March 8, 2023 and I'm also paying a carnote.
