    The company damaged my vehicle during a windshield repair the first week of July 2022. I was first speaking with a manger named ****** regarding this issue. I was told a few days later by the current manager ******* she was fired. *** been speaking with ******* who has said he would get this issue resolved. I have now been going back and forth with ******* regarding the repair for the vehicle for a month now. When I spoke with ******* on 8/9/2022 he advised he has been to busy and now needs to speak with the owner of the business regarding my repairs. I have yet to hear from the owner to resolve the damage to my vehicle done by their company.

    Yes Im aware of this customer,
    I did speak with the customer and I agreed to fix the scratches.
     I told him that I  would pay to have the scratches repaired and painted and he would have to bring it to one of our body shops that we work with that has great reviews and they are a credible companys.
    customer refused to take it to one of our  body shops.
    customer said he would go get 3 estimates from different body shops and he would want us to write him a check. We already paid him a rebate for his windshield replacement because he paid thru his insurance, seemed to me the customer was really just stressed for money. I tried to work with him but he got very aggressive and told me he was going to come down to my shop and he was going to get a check from me. Almost seemed like he was going to get the check and not spent it on the repairs. Im still willing to pay to have it painted but he would have to bring it to 1 of our body shops that we work with. I can give him a few choices of body shops to bring his car too but I cant just write him a check.
