    Absolutely awful experience. They charge $90 per kid for sports which we then find out is basically just access to an app where you can communicate with other parents. You pay the fee without knowing WHERE WHEN HOW LONG HOW OFTEN practices are, and if the days/times/whatever doesnt work for you then its just too bad. Furthermore, they were over a week late on releasing rosters. Then they didnt get a coach until the day before practice was supposed to start. With all of this they refused a refund so I did a charge back on my credit card. THEY SENT ME AN EMAIL TELLING ME TO CANCEL THE DISPUTE! That was a first. They are clearly a shady business. Their actual LLC is *** Rec Sports, which they intentionally operate under a different name and is registered using an LLC in ******* which is done intentionally to obscure the owners information. Totally a red flag that the owners of this business are well aware that parents are going to feel ripped off and be upset.

    Take your business elsewhere like ***!! I paid the registration fee($90) for my daughter to play volleyball this last summer, i received an email confirming the payment and that was the last i heard from them. I contacted them to let them know i heard nothing from them or a coach about the season. They said they must have reached out to me and I did nothing about it, so i checked my email folders numerous way to make sure i didn't just miss the emails and there was nothing. Then they told me sorry no refund or credit will be issued. I asked them to prove to me that there were emails sent to me and they just quit replying to me. Terrible way to conduct business. I have 3 kids and they all have played numerous sports with AYS and we have spent lots of money playing with AYS so to be told they are not going to do anything about it and then ignore me is very upsetting.
