    I ordered a halloween Costume From 3 Wishes and it was packed in a cardboard sleeve. It arrived soaking wet. I laid it out to dry which took 2 days but the ink **** onto the white blouse/dress and the material on the costume had hardened. I could not use it for an event. I told them the circumstances and they basically responded with they have a return policy of 14 days and I am not eligible for a return. I received it on 10/16 I reached out to them on the 29th which was the 13th day and they responded to me on the 14th day and said they will not take the return because of their 14 day policy...... It is not fair that I had to pay almost a $100 for a DAMAGED costume I cannot use. and cannot return. I feel scammed.. They should have packed it correctly on their end.

    I purchased this item (**** Cap Sleeve Babydoll 1, order # ******) from 3wishes, item was listed as returnable. I received item the evening of 2/8/23, I requested a return via their website on Thursday 2/9/23, as item is of cheap quality and not true to size, as I stated in my return request to company. First email response, one day later, 2/10/23, I was given a link to follow. I followed link and requested to start the return process, now a second time. I received a response to contact another company named *********, no other information was given to me as you can see in pictures of said email that will be attached. I was billed via PayPal by 3wishes, not something called *********. I now send a third email on Friday, 2/10/23 stating the ridiculousness of their response to me as they provided no other information in order for me to proceed for my return and as stated, this is a returnable item that is in unused condition. Days are passing and this company has yet to respond to my last email on 2/10/23, even after I stated I would be contacting the Better Business Bureau. So, now, here I am. Requesting yet again to return this item. I want my full refund of $42.90 (will provide picture of PayPal, showing I was billed via 3wishes, not *********) and they can honor their eligible return by providing the necessary label in order for me to return this inaccurately described cheap item. This by far seems to be part of a scam, stating they allow returns and then when the customer requests a return they give them the run-around and then stop responding. Im also wondering at this point if I should be contacting the *** as well, since this company is not honoring their policy of which their website states.
