      Worst customer service. I'm young but I'm over the age of 21 I have a full ***** mustache not once have they ever checked my id. Today I walked in and this little 5'7 blonde white girl walked up to me and asked for my id. I did not have my wallet as I use tap pay for most things and only bring my wallet when I'm really going out or going somewhere like a bar where Ik I need my id. They refused my service because I didn't have an id and that girl that checked my id (didn't get a name) but she gave me a snarky a** remark as I leaving " I can't believe you really tried that". Clearly the management doesn't have the funds to properly train their staff on customer service.

      Hi ****- it is Castle Megastore policy to ask for ID for any person that appears to be younger than 30. Due to the nature of our intimate assortment we strive to ensure that adults only are in the store. The team member was trained and following the company policy. We also require ID for all credit and digital payments. It is unfortunate that some people fraudulently use cards that are not theirs, thus we confirm ID to ensure all charges are proper.       I have sent multiple emails to the Castle mega store. Customer support line and have received no response. I am now leaving this review because I feel that other people should be apprised Hello.I have a large problem regarding the sale of a toy purchased at your Tacoma location. As well as the customer services that I was provided.Some of your employees have terrible attitudes and are very displeasing to work with. Specifically ****** at the ****** location was was very rude and unhelpful today, she was treated me like my problem did not matter. She was reluctant to provide me with any information on how to solve the issue at hand. Being in this type of business I would have expected her to be more kind and helpful, to politely point me in the correct direction to address my problem. I had to ask several times for her to give any answer to my questions and when prompted she would forget the answer and take several minutes to provide any other information.Mostly she told my she could not help and when asked if there was any other person or manager available she stated she was the only person in the store, so I would just have to work with her This is by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced and I highly doubt Ill be going back working with your company unless you can right the wrongs.I bought one of the Dames brand toys and it will not hold a charge and is having trouble connection to the charger. I have reached out the store where the purchase was made as well as the manufacture. To get this issues cared for, this was a very expensive purchase and I would expect things to work as described.I would like a full refund for my purchase this would include everything on the receipt totaling close to $200. This would be compensation for the terrible experience I had working with your business and the faulty equipment I received. I would expect your employees to get some warning about how to properly treat the customers in future experience.

      Good afternoon Annastasia- the item you purchased has a 3-year warranty with the manufacturer and you can exchange directly with them. As explained to you at the store, we do not exchange items at the store due to health and safety standards and toys are not returnable per policy.       Purchases made with other vendors are subject to those vendors policies. Other vendors policies will vary. Always review a vendors return policy before purchase.
      Defective products are under warranty for three years with proof of purchase, regardless of where they were purchased from. See Warranty for details.

      Dame Products warrants all products against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of three (3) years commencing on the date of the original purchase of such product. Refunded purchases are not eligible for a warranty replacement. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, tampering, unreasonable use, or service performed by unauthorized service agencies. Loss or damage to removable parts will not result in the replacement of the entire product. Due to continuing improvements, actual (replacement) product may differ slightly from the product described herein.

      On January 1st I ordered an items online it would normally be out of my price range but due to health issues on both mine and my partners side I decided I might as well try what I could. I was charged. Never received a follow up email. Never a tracking number or the product. It was impossible to get a hold of customer service I wrote 3 emails without response. I reached out via Instagram they then reached customer service on my behalf. I received an email in which they claim my purchase was delivered January 4th. Thats absolutely untrue I received other packages from other companies who did provide tracking numbers. I have an Email from **** of the packages delivered that day none of which is the purchase from castle. They have been absolutely lacking any kind of empathy or care for me as a customer. I call customer service it provides the same email I was ignored by. I replied with photo evidence of the **** email its been two days no response. I would like my money back or my purchase!! Its just not fair especially because its an expensive purchase!!

      The customer was sent a response after her first email. Our website directs all customers to check their inbox (including spam and junk folders) for responses from Castle Megastore. Tracking information was sent that verified that the item was delivered. Castle Megastore sent the tracking information that verified the delivery on 01/04/2023 at 12:02 pm. Castle Megastore communicated multiple times to the customer and sent the item, and have sent the customer the **** tracking and delivery verification.
