      When dealing with Valpak I was told that these flyers would be distributed to ***** homes. At no time, did they tell me that certain houses in the zones that were covered would not get the flyers. After two months of having the flyers in the valpak and not one response, I talked with some people that live in those zones where the flyers were thrown and they stated they never had my flyer and when we looked for it, it was not in the envelope. I explained this to corporate valpak and they continue to state they were sent and then stating that "not everyone in the zone that was highlighted gets a valpak" which was completely the wrong statement than what was promised to me in the beginning.
