    I placed an order on May 28,2024 order number MFA18110410270. It was for a 25 foot replacement rubber air hose with lock on air *****. The price was $34.99 which included free shipping. Company's website says orders will ship within 24 hours from *******. Never received any other communication. Sent email June 5, 2024 asking about order, never answered. Replied to email I received verifying order, company never responded. Sent email June 7, 2024 so far no response. Found company phone number on ********* tried calling a few times goes right to voicemail. Started the process to dispute charge to credit card with **** of America on June 7, 2024.

    I placed an order and received it in the mail. I purchased an air compressor and an additional hose with an M type quick connect fitting. They sent me the wrong hose in the mail. The one they sent has a Q type quick connect fitting. I have sent numerous emails explaining the problem with pictures attached including my printed order sheet and order number. They have not responded to me at all and there is no phone number on their website to call. I just want the correct item I ordered.
