1 starI would give them zero stars if possible. Run away and find someone else. The service tech was great the company and policies terrible. I had a water heater that had a 6 year warranty. It started to leak after 4 years so I thought a little labor and we can get everything fixed. The fee to come and look at it was $198. They would replace the water heater under warranty......for about $1400 dollars. They bought a replacement at ********** for $499. I needed a new pan and an expansion tank which I was OK with. Final cost to replace my "warranty replacement" water heater was $1900. Run away when you still can their warranty is worthless. I should have went and bought the water heater myself and replaced it. I thought that it was under warranty and would be a few hundred dollars in labor. Not very happy. I would never recommend this company for anything. I should have just done this myself. I got sucked in with their "6 year warranty promise" on the water heater. Find another company to do business with.Review fromJD S

1 starI paid upwards of 85% higher costs on services and parts from Any Hour, when I finally showed my invoices and began to hire professionals outside their network.They may have integrity on quality of service and parts, but in my experience, they do not on what they will charge you. Get a quote from them sure, but go find another professional and save potentially thousands on overpaying for the same services with hard working people who will be fair in pricing.They are for sure talented and good at what they do, but talking to other electricians, plumbers, and HVAC experts, since having Any Hour help us with our home upgrades over the last 2 years, showing them what I paid for their services, I feel my trust was taken advantage of in my busy schedule, to come into my home and be fair with pricing for the services.We are talking about replacing existing 120v amp outlets, where we needed 15 amp version I was told, where I'm paying over $100 per outlet replaced. We are talking about a quote for over $2,100 USD for something a professional plumber from another highly rated company did in fairness for ~$300 (I tipped them well for their integrity). Thousands on a custom job which, come to find out, should have cost me a few hundred.I trust people, and that cost me greatly with Any Hour Services, each of them knows who they are, but thankfully it ended with the latest Any Hour plumber who tried to ******* our family out of over $2,100 (Seeing our plight and urgency) vs what another professional plumber actually did, with skill and precision in under an hour at 80% difference of cost from Any Hour quote. They actually did more than Any Hour plumber stated in their rediculous quote. Jokes on me I suppose.I've literaly paid thousands more over the last 2 years than I would have had I put the time into getting other quotes, because I trusted Any Hour to be fair. I had to switch and rewire my pool timer and add a GFI plug. **** understood the job and on the most busy time of the month still fit me in a time slot immediately to save my pool. It was a big job in the heat. He got me running in no time. He was kind and fast. This is was not the cheapest job but he found *************** and helped me with funding. Everything up to code and done right. Thank you!
