    Their techs are nice but visited our home FOUR times and failed to fix our heat, which is unbelievable considering the issue was a simple broken sensor. Since I can't imagine anyone is that incompetent, my assumption is that they are scamming our home warranty company by getting as many visits as possible out of one ticket. The receptionist at the office is so bored of her job it's almost funny... doesn't return phone calls, doesn't turn on the phone lines on until an hour or more after opening, doesn't offer any sort of urgency/apology in light of repeated issues... basically couldn't possibly care less.

    It's been 3 months since our warranty company contacted Eagle Eye about our washing machine. They never answer calls. They have been to my house 5 times and they keep ordering the wrong parts. They shipped yet another part to my house over a week ago and nobody has called to schedule an appointment. They also don't answer their phone, so there is no way to get a hold of anyone at their office. I have to take my laundry to the laundromat and that has now cost me hundreds of dollars.
