I purchased a very expensive a/c unit in March 2024. It was $17,000. The a/c u it broke yesterday, Wednesday, August 7, 2024. They attempted to fix it and said they couldnt and will not do anything to compensate me for the time and money lost dealing with this issue. They were rude and unhelpful.

Our records show that the issue was cause by an existing thermostat wire not due to faulty craftmanship or equipment. We would love to resolve this however we cannot get in touch with you. We also are offering to replace the existing thermostat wire at no chare. If you feel you are in need of additional compensation please call us so that we can discuss. March 2023 Hobaica claimed we had a sewer line collapse and would complete the work and we would be able to return to our home within 3-6 months. It is now going on 1 year. Hobaica has made OVER 30 trips our house and couldn't get their work done correctly, or to code for the city inspector. Hobaica neglected to pull a city permit, and forced me to do it months after we started having problems with Hobaica. They never completed the work in the bathrooms and it was instead pawned off on a separate company ********* homes (my rebuild contractors) to finish. Hobaica demanded we pay in full which we did over 8 months ago and never finished the work. Finally after staying in a rental for almost a year we were forced to return to an unfinished home because of the continued delays from Hobaica. 2 days after being back in our house we attempted to wash clothes and the machines were never reconnected. My entire garage is no flooded due to Hobaica's negligence. All of our belongings were inside the garage due to the remodel. Hobaica destroyed all of our items when drilling the floors back in April due to improper steps of covering and protecting our belongings. They destroyed my attic door, said they would fix it then never did. They jackhammerd the door threshold to my back door which was never replaced. They did not re connect my patio hose so we have no running water in the backyard. They had zero integrity to keep our personal items from being coated in harmful dirt from all the jackhammering and have cost me several thousands of dollars having to throw away and replace items I was supposed to reuse for the remodel such as both sets of glass shower doors, kitchen sink, garbage disposal, both vanities all tossed outside in the baking AZ sun to rot. This company is a fraud and a scam!Business Response

After a site visit it was determined that the clients washer machine was the cause of the leak not faulty piping or craftsmanship.
