    Good work from employees, but terrible owner who handles the customer service, billing process, and work transparency. The people that came to work on the ** were polite and from my perspective did the work that they were told to do. The owner, who never came to assess the issues even after months of problems with my **, sometimes didn't respond to my messages at all, I never received warranty paperwork even after I repeatedly asked for months (never did receive it), I also had to call ******************* who had to send a plumber to clean out the drain system Island Refrigeration connected the ** too (I haven't had a problem since ******************* took over maintenance for Electrical, **, & Plumbing), finally when my ** was finally working properly after I had already signed off of on the work done to correct the misaligned installation being completed I received several quick books emails saying I still owed money that was never explained to me before or after the work was complete and that I had never agreed to. I replied to each of those emails and never heard anything back until I got a call from the owner who said that he would send the warranty information and I would pay the balance. He never did send anything else and about a month later almost a full year since the ** was initially installed, I received in my opinion an extremely accusatory and unprofessional final message from the owner, telling me that the installation warranty was void anyway since I had already employed ******************* and to keep whatever I owed him. I will reiterate that I was told I voided a warranty that I had never seen. Normally I wouldn't leave a review like this, but as a young first time home buyer who was recommended this company by a realtor that I now regret working with, I do feel a need to explain my situation to others in hopes of educating them to ask more questions. As well as to tell this company to do better because the potential is there to do better.
