  I had my two air conditioners replaced and 2 air handlers replaced.I was fortunate enough to have F**** the coordinator, ******* the technician and ****** the area manager participate in making sure the complete job was accomplished.All units were from Trane and on one of the units the circuit board and firing pin for the heat exchanger failed. F**** expedited the replacement parts and ******* a very savvy technician troubleshot what was needed. The area Manager ****** went above and beyond to help me link my telephone to the Honeywell thermostats. A very "IT" knowledgeable ********* thanks to all that made this happen **** S

  BEWARE of this company. DO NOT USE THEM! I would give a 0 rating if I could. One of our 2 a/c units recently stopped working. My husband had paid for some contract with them a few years ago, so that's who he called.They came out the next day and we were told it was a blower motor, but could also be something else in addition. A couple days later they said the employee quit and had the motor in his van, which they could not get to.Then they got the motor, but said the brackets were bad so could not turn the motor on until the brackets were replaced. They said they would need to order them as there were none in **. We found some from a local supply company and told them, but they told us they couldn't get them because they had no contract with the supplier. We were told lie after lie after lie by them.They didn't show up when they said they would. They even stopped answering my husband's calls trying to get an update on when our a/c would get up and running. Funny thing is, when he called using my phone they answered. it took 9 LONG, HOT DAYS to get our a/c going. It is a lot louder than it was, but we WONT be calling them back.

  Merlins charges 3 times the price for **************** was shocked at the price they charged to replaced the parts. $2357.00. Worst yetI got 20% off so without their so called 20% off I would have paid $3000.00 The next day I contacted 3 other local ************************** companies and my **************************** company back home. I sent them my invoice with the ***************************** name blacked out. I wanted to make sure I was comparing apples to apples. The lowest quote was all in with ************** $900.00 & the highest was all in with ************** $1200??They quoted exactly what Merlins had charged me for.Criminal .When I phoned Merlins the guy tried to compare it to buying a ****** car??

  These guys are amazing. Always available for same day visits when Ive had issues. Thoroughly explain whats going on and how to fix. The yearly maintenance plan has been a lifesaver!

  Very ************** in scheduling, arrived on time (even smelled very nice), customer friendly service, I could not have asked for more support on my water issue that was not plumbing, but ended up being a bad sprinkler solenoid. My plumber was very helpful and actually investigated to make sure that is what it was. If you have need for a cost effective, friendly, personable individual that is customer oriented to help you, than you can not go wrong with ******'s A/C & Plumbing

  DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. THE ***** **** OVER CHARGED ME OVER A YEAR AGO AND TO THIS DAY HAS NOT SETTLED UP. HAS MADE MANY PROMISES TO DO THAT AND WILL NOT RETURN A CALL AS PROMISED AS WELL FOR MONTHS ON END. HIS STAFF IS GREAT. HE IS A PIRATE!!!

  What this company is charging should be criminal. I wanted an AC check up and the guy had recommended improvements, of course. He called while I was at work and like an idiot I didn't trust my gut and paid $1600 for the service. When I got home and really evaluated what he did, i was charged $700 for a $60 surge protector and I was charged $535 for a $30 "Hard Start Kit". This was all for a working AC. I understand mark up and that there are labor costs, but it took the guy 20 minutes to do the work, that's over $3000/hour at that rate. They also tacked on the $700 Maintenance program if you're wondering where the rest came from, which I had removed as soon as possible because even with 20% off there prices are absurd. The Tech was nice to my wife so that's why they get 1 star.

  Don't ever use this Company it's a rip-off from the get-go. I had a service done on my hot water heater where they drain it to clean out the sediments. The guy drained maybe a cup or two of water off and said he could not do it anymore because he was afraid that the shut-off valve would not close and that it may cause it to drip. So I was ripped off and did not get what I paid for. So I am not a satisfied customer. They did nothing to make it right for me!
