    Dirti Ducts did a great job at cleaning my ducts. They used a huge machine to **** all the dust out. Cleaned the vents and put all the vents back. They were punctual, did that they promised and were priced fairly. Would recommend them highly.

    This company was hired by our contractor when we were out of town. They left debris under every vent in our house. My son's bed was covered with the debris also. They left nails they removed from the vents on our bathroom floor and in the rocks near our cars. Someone went into our bedroom closet, got our Dyson, and used it to clean up part of them mess. They left it dead and full on our kitchen table. We came home from vacation to an absolute mess. We couldn't walk barefoot in our home due to safety risks. I contacted the contractor then the company sent out a representative. He was very nice and apologetic. He said they would do additional training over the weekend and this was not their standard. He agreed to clean our ducts again once the construction was finished. He also offered several times to replace our vacuum if we couldn't have it serviced as it was broken.I spoke with him a few days later and he again started he would have it replaced if necessary. The following week I contacted him and told him servicing it wasn't an option and it needed to be replaced.He then started his boss was only willing to give us $150 total for a new vacuum or the servicing. This is not what we were repeatedly told. I then told him to have his supervisor contact me via email to work it out. He gave me the run around for several days then stopped returning my contact. Overall extremely disappointed and now we have to buy a new vacuum due to this company's negligence. I would not trust them in my home again.

    ****** and ******* from Dirty Ducts cleaned the vents and the dryer vent. The dryer vent was so clogged that chunks of lint was coming out the vent on the roof. They explained everything that they were going to do and as they went, they explained and educated me on the process. Very professional, friendly and when they were done they vaccumed and cleaned up everything. If I owned a business I would want ****** and ******* working for me. Great job guys!
